HOW DO I ATTEND

It is possible to attend in person or virtually:

In person:

About 100 organisations working in the climate and health justice space- mainly from Latin America, Africa and Asia- have been invited to nominate a representative, with an emphasis on inclusive representation, to attend in person.

To try and ensure more organisations are included, we have placed limits on the number of representatives each organisation can nominate, to attend in person. We appreciate that this meeting will only reflect a snap shot of the exciting and innovative activist, advocacy, research, legal, policy, community and campaigning work in these regions, and that there are other groups that will not be present this time. We hope that this is merely the first of many such gatherings, and we will to fill that gap in any future convenings.

Virtually:

Everyone else can attend ‘virtually’ and at no cost. Our (delayed) live streaming in 3 languages of each plenary and main session will be available to view on this page on 25, 26 and 27 April 2023. We will also develop a summary outcome report and ‘highlights video’ after the convening, which we will share widely.

The final agenda with speakers’ details (as well as a list of participant organisations and their public contact information) will be available on this page shortly.

Note: We sincerely regret that not everyone can be supported to attend in person due to space and funding limitations – and our regional objectives for participation.
